Scott Hines, Day Five: "The Most Difficult Thing I've had to deal with is a feeling of helplessness"

It was only day five for Rancho Mirage councilman Scott Hines on his weeklong homeless journey to raise awareness about hunger in the Valley, but you could tell this experience was taking its toll.
